"We aren’t always aware, but our bodies have a voice, a voice that we forget to listen to or ignore altogether..."
Jillian Sudayan is a Thai Yoga Massage practitioner and has been practicing for three years. She began her studies at
the Lotus Palm School of Thai Yoga Massage in Montreal. Having completed her Essential Certification in Ayurveda and Thai
Yoga Massage, she is now a registered massotherapist and a member of the Regroupement des Massothérapeutes de Québec (RMQ).
She is currently employed at the Lanna Thai Massage Centre in the heart of Mile-End.
Other than practicing thai yoga massage, Jillian is also currently a student at McGill University studying Music Education. As a
classical vocalist, she understands the therapeutic effects of Thai Yoga Massage and how it has helped with her musical career. This
particular style of massage improved her singing abilities and overall health as a musician, educator and human being. Skilled with this art
of healing, Jillian would like to one day focus on helping young musicians use their bodies in healthier ways and in doing so, helping to
prolong their musical careers.
Other Interests:
Yoga, drawing, painting, writing poetry, dancing, learning different forms of martial arts (capoeira, Filipino Martial Arts). Jillian is also very
